After the events that took place on Northwest Airlines flight 253, I don't know what TSA should do. I understand their difficult position, but I've known from the beginning that if someone is intent on bringing an airplane down, they will probably find a way to do it. Security measures can be taken, but as you upgrade the security, you downgrade customer service.
